In April, BPA requested a modification of the Ostrander Sewer Ordinance for the purpose of a rate increase to Village Council. This ordinance modification has gone through 3 readings at the last 3 council meetings. The village was committed to creating an announcement document to help residents understand the need for a change prior to holding the official vote.
