The Village is aware of some drainage issues in Phase 3 of MMC. Please do not modify or attempt to fill the ditch yourself. We are working with the Developer to get these drainage issues addressed. Any modification of the ditch, whether it is an enclosure or a french drain system, requires a permit from the Village as well as other requirements.
