Permits
Please note: It is the resident’s responsibility to obtain all applicable permits from both the Village and the County. All permanent, structural items (house, deck, pool, etc.) require a Delaware County permit in addition to the Ostrander permit. The Village of Ostrander is governed by the Ohio Basic Code.
